Membership Categories & Fees :

Individual Membership: Suitable for individuals engaged in the healthcare field (non-medical personnel).
Fee: $100/year
Medical Membership: Suitable for medical professionals.
Fee: $100/year
Group Membership: Suitable for healthcare-related institutions, organizations, or enterprises.
Fee: $200/year

*Sponsorship Application :

MHAF received donation funding in 2024. New members who apply between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, and enter the code “special123” in the application form will be eligible for a waived membership fee until the sponsorship quota is fully utilized. No further notice will be provided once the quota is exhausted.

Application Process :

Fill Out the Membership Application Form
Pay the Membership Fee: Follow the provided instructions to complete the payment.
Submit Required Documents: Send the completed application form along with proof of payment.
Review & Notification: We will process your application as soon as possible and notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the result.
